We don’t offer return or replacement for any items purchased from our Diamond category & Bridal category. We understand a “No Return Policy” is not a comfortable policy for a customer shopping over the web. We want to assure you that our “No Return Policy” is not intended to get you stuck with something you did not order. From the time we receive your order to the time it is shipped we will take steps to process your order with utmost professionalism.

 

 Loose diamonds offered on our web site cannot be returned or exchanged. The nature of this item is such that we cannot offer a return policy. At the same time we would like to assure you that on receipt of your loose diamond purchase if you have any question, concern on that diamond we would be available to address those concern. We request you to check and verify your item on receipt. In case of any discrepancy please contact us immediately via email or phone. Items offered under our Bridal category are sent for production on receipt of your order. Due to these reason we cannot accept returns. At the same time we assure you that on receipt of your order if there are any questions or discrepancy contact us and we would be more than happy to address any issues you may have with respect to your order. Customer placing order for any item offered under our Diamond and Bridal category are requested to make sure that any questions they have about that item is addressed before they make the purchase. Our customer service department will contact customer placing order from this category and only after that communication the order will be processed.
Items purchased from our Jewelry & Fashion Jewelry category can be returned. On receipt of your order if the item you purchased is not to your expectation or you change your mind it can be returned for a refund. Please follow the return policy listed below.
 
 Return Policy
If for any reason our customer is not satisfied with any item purchased from our Jewelry or Fashion Jewelry category they can return that item. Return has to be received at our end undamaged, unused and in the same condition they were shipped. Customer is responsible to ensure there return is received by us no later than 25 days from the day it was received by them. In order for us to process your return accurately please write your order number on the outside of the package. On receipt of customer return it will be handed to our quality control department. In case on any discrepancy our customer service department will contact you. Refund will be issued in the same form used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges if any paid by the customer at the time of purchase are non- refundable. Customer is responsible to ship the return at their cost. We strongly suggest insuring the item shipped back to us with signature required at the time of delivery. Under no circumstances Difference Inc will process a refund without receiving the item.   
Difference Inc will not process returns received from their customers who have not followed the above stated guide lines. Shipping address will be provided via email. Email us at support@differenceinc.com.
Our Warranty Policy
Item purchased from our Jewelry, Bridal Jewelry and Fashion Jewelry category come with a 90 day warranty. In an event of any problem with item purchased from the above mentioned category please contact our customer service department or email us. Our warranty is only valid for any kind of manufacturing defect to that item. If the damage is caused due to normal wear or damaged due to repair performed by someone than our company or intentional/accidental abuse or sizing/cleaning performed by a jeweler other than Difference Inc. in such cases the item will not be covered under our 90 day warranty. Under this warranty Difference Inc does offer any coverage for diamond lost from a jewelry item purchased from us. If the customer has the diamond which came out of the jewelry Difference Inc will repair that item during the warranty period at no cost to the customer. As a protection against such accidental loss we strongly recommend our customer’s to insure their purchase.
 
Under this warranty once approved by our customer service department the item will have to be mailed to us at customer’s expense. On receipt of that item we will evaluate if truly it is a manufacturing defect. In case of manufacturing defect the item will be repaired at no charge to the customer and shipped back at our expense.
 
 
Loose diamonds offered on our web site under our Diamond Category are GIA certified.  Customer can verify their GIA certificate at http://www2.gia.edu/reportcheck/index.cfm. Any discrepancy on the diamond purchase has to be reported to our customer service department with 15 days from the receipt of that shipment.
 
 Order Cancelation Policy
 After placing an order if you realize that it has to be modified or canceled please contact us via email @ support@differenceinc.com as soon as possible. Difference Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order will be deemed accepted by Difference Inc. upon shipment of items you have ordered.

When shopping for any item offered on our web site we want to guarantee our customer that we will make sure that they are satisfied with their purchase. Items ordered from our Jewelry & Fashion category will be processed on receipt of customer order. On receipt of this item if our customer is not happy with the product they can return that item hassle free. NO RETURN AUTHORIZTION NEEDED. Items ordered from our Diamond & Bridal category will only be processed by us after verification.
Before we process an order received under this category we will contact our customer to make sure there order is processed to their satisfaction.
